First Spring weekend....

The weekend that just passed by was the first weekend that made us all realizing spring starting... The feeling was some thing similar to that when a moth is trying to break-free itself from the cocoon, and it will be turning itself into a beautiful butterfly which will explore the beautiful place around it and live every day to its fullest.... Even we were feeling something similar to that, as we got rid of those two extra layers of winter protecting clothes (sweaters / jacket / gloves and what not)... No more searching for warm place while you are walking down the streets...
Phew say after 5 long months I was in my t-shirt roaming around Central Park.

Central Park occupies close to 15% of Manhattan and is located in heart of city... It has number of small lakes, miles of walking track, playground and so...
You can see hundreds of people in all age group enjoying the bright sunny and pleasant weather....

While walking we came across this particular group where some 6-8 people were playing Congo and couples of people were enjoying dancing on the tune... As we approached the group I too was offered an instrument which I enjoyed playing among them... People got together and were playing Congo, and were asking passerby interested people to join them....

Further in the park... We saw a DJ mixing music and many people were freely dancing on the tune... On reaching close by I was that most of the people dancing were actually gracefully moving with their skates on... Of that one particular fellow was attempting to impress all by balance 4 bottle on his head and skating as if no one is around him... Most of them were enjoying among themselves....

Further as we walked we met a group where in a lady was teaching easy dance step and people were joining her and dancing on the steps... just to make sure the energy level is high... DJ was playing nice dance numbers… The amazing part would be most of them are unknown people but Music was only common barrier among all…

And as twilight was converting into moon light all people slowly started parting away, that’s when we retuned back from Central Park.... I can quote that “It was one of the most fun and high energetic day I had....”
Central Park is one such place one has to visit in summer if in NY...

I captured couple of video and have uploaded them as well,

1. This one is of a Girl who was dancing amazingly, and all gather people were cheering up

2. Over here a group of people were dancing with their skates on, to the music of DJ how was amazing.
