Good bye winter...

It's been a long cold and snow filled winter... Last year 08-09 during winter all kept mentioning this year is the worst... Gosh global warming is really taking a tole on us... Or it's better to say that we have not given proper care to our surrounding.

This year we had close to 75+ inches of snow over the season... Which itself states the kind of weather we have been facing since last few months....

But all of a sudden snow and bitter cold was past, as this weekend the weather was supportive and both the days it was in the range of 12 - 15 Celsius (that's the best we all in NY can ask for) it is just amazing... Welcoming summer with open hearted and wide smiles on everyone face...
It was time for all to get in their colorful clothes as we all have been living in black and grey colored life (black and grey resembles to most winter clothing)

So both the days we all friends were roaming in Manhattan... Walking in the park... Gazing sun (for a change it was producing heat…. Else during winter, Sun is just like another bulb which produces light but no heat), Watching pretty girls in colorful dresses...

Coincidently this Saturday, Saint Patrick Day was celebrated not sure about the history behind it... But it has to do a lot with "Green" color so while setting out on Saturday; it was like streets were flooded with people with different attire in Green...
Most common was Green shirt / t-shirt, best are girls they can have loads and loads of accessories in Green... Poor guys were let only with Green shirts...
While on the other end... Girls were having...
- Green beaded necklace
- Green headband... It's more like feathery & with spooky eyes on top of the band...
- Many were with green glares....
So Saturday just passed by....

While on Sunday we been back to city this downtown near river front... They have a long boardwalk by the river... The weather was just perfect I would have spent couple of hours just lazy under sun sitting by the river and we guys doing the usual chit chat....
But was Sunday was cut short as I do have support work and ended up spending late afternoon in office...

No regret for that... As I have been following the same Sunday work routine from last 18 odd months, but over the weekend was pretty good...

Looking forward for all the coming summer weekends....
